The Norpro Grip-EZ Meat Tenderizer/Pounder is two tools in one! The base screws on to the handle according to what you want to do. Use the flat side for pounding or the textured side for tenderizing.
Handle is made of Santoprene for easy-grip and sanitation. Hand-washing is recommended.
