- Set valve to "auto" when frying for browning and crispy results.
- Automatic pressure valve can be turned to "off" for steaming vegetables.
- Warning: Recommended for electric or induction stoves. If used on a gas stove, make sure that the flame does not come up the side of the pan, because the burner flame may cause damage to the silicone rim.
